Return and Exchange Policy:
In the unlikely event that any products you have ordered on us is not received in good condition—is damaged
or defective, or if products delivered is different from what you had ordered or expected—you may return or
exchange the Products.

Process of Return or Exchange:
The product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along
with original tags. The exchange is valid only if given to Courier / Postal Service Desk for sending back or
physically handed over to us within two working days from the date on which these Products were delivered.

1. We do not return or exchange innerwear except manufacturing defect.
2. Refund are not valid on discounted products we can offer only exchange if there is any Size related issues.

1. As per our team decision if the products fall under returns: We’ll process refund directly in to your Bank
account, Wallet, Credit card, COD(Cash On Delivery) etc. as per the Transaction done while placing the orders. It
will take 7 working days to credit amount in to your account after delivering the products back to us.

2. As per our team decision if the products fall under exchange (Only size and Quality):Once we received the
product back we’ll update the product Credit Amount to you. You can Buy the products according to your
choice or comfortability . There is no Expiry date of the credit amount until you consume it.
